The feeling of running a million miles an hour without getting anywhere starts to wear thin after a while..
After all… we got into the business for the love of the trade, no?
Not the love of paperwork and admin 🤮
To be a one man band and try to do it all yourself is more harmful than a mosquito in a sleeping bag…
…Not only are you burning yourself out, you are probably also letting other people down!
And if you have a team to manage the admin.
You are probably still lying in bed at night thinking about the business.
You can’t switch off!
And then don’t get me started on the endless staffing issues 🤬
Finding reliable staff can be like trying to hear a whisper at a rock concert.
Almost impossible!
And we haven’t even spoken about Lead generation, Lead conversion and Job management etc… 🤯
Now, if you can’t relate to any of the above…

For the rest of us, there has to be a point in which you have to make a change?

…Do the same thing over and over again expecting a different result (Or something like that)?
Well let’s not go crazy just yet!
Because I’ve spent the last 5 years essentially going through every part of my glazing business to try and get off the hamster wheel whilst still maintaining a profitable (predictable) business…
And, I have done pretty well so far.
Today I have built a glazing business..
👉 That generates new quote requests every day like clock work.
👉 That converts over 90% of quote requests into jobs
👉 That schedules quote acceptances into jobs, enabling staff to simply 'turn up and go.
👉 That automates and streamlines the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
👉 That runs without me! (I live in a different country)
And most importantly is profitable!
And no, I promise you I haven't got aliens running my business
